Freejna admin user can create a “ideas challenge” related to a neighborhood by clicking “create challenge”, then he will be redirected to the “ideas challenge” Form

In this form the admin enters the ideas challenge data which are:

1. Admin user can switch between languages (English , Filipino , Urdu and Arabic )to fill the information in all languages (one language must be filled)
2. Name (required) : the admin can add title based on selected language in option1
3. Description (required) : the admin can add description based on selected language in option1
4. Start Date (required) : the start date of a challenge and it should be greater than the current date
5. End Date (required) : the end date of a challenge.
6. Target (Required) When Target is Organization then the admin must enters the following fields
   1. Neighborhood(s) (required) : which is a dropdown lists all of the neighborhoods where the user can select one or more to publish his card in.
   2. Location (optional) : allow admin to add the place where the “challenge” happens.

   When Target is Project then the admin user must enters the following fields

   

   • Location (optional) : allow admin to add the place where the “challenge” happens.
7. Owner (required) : the organization that owns the challenge
8. Awareness campaign (optional) :admin user can select if challenge is awareness campaign or not.
9. Shareable (optional) : admin user can control the shareability of the challenge
10. Allow comments (optional) : admin user can control the Allowing comments of the challenge.
11. Attachments (optional) : the admin can add the attachment (image or video) based on selected language in option1:
    1. Admin can add photos and mark one as main image by pressing the green mark, or admin user can delete an image by clicking on the recycle icon.

       2. uploading video
       3. After save card change admin can display video  and modify it speed

By clicking save button the challenge status saved as a draft and in this case admin user can edit the card.

Admin user can publish the card directly to be viewed by App users, published card status will be set to “Published”.

Admin user can archive and challenge to be hided from activity list and will not appear for App user.

There are two ways for admin to publish the card

• • Direct publish: this option will directly publish the card and it will appear for the App user
    • in case user choose this option the card directly publishes and can then convert it to draft.
  • Scheduled publish :this option give admin the ability to schedule the card based on specific time range
    • if admin decide to schedule publish. edit or cancel scheduled  publish button appear
    • Admin can either change schedule time and update or cancel schedule publish which return him to previous publish button
• In case that the user marks the activity as an archive then it wont appear in the App nor in the activity list.
• User can only access the archived record from the Entry status filter in the activity list.

if published card end date expired. an extend expiry date button appear which help admin to extend card time

 

also, card can be pinned in app timeline by using this feature, Admin can fully control the date and time for pinning the card

 

 

 

 

Suggestions

When Freejna admin adds challenge, it appears in the App where App users can interact by commenting, voting, and adding suggestions. The added suggestions appear in the suggestion section of the challenge.

The suggestion list shows all of the suggestions being added by users; the user can interact with it by commenting or adding suggestions; theses suggestions are being displayed in the suggestion related to that challenge.

• Admin can change the suggestion status from the suggestion list to accept or reject; the suggestion disappears from the App in case of rejection.
• Admin can clear the Suggestion status flag; then the suggestion status would reset to the default status which is undefined
• Admin can not edit any suggestion status in case of a closed challenge.
• Admin can sort suggestion according to the number of the comment or upvotes – downvotes; by clicking on the column index

After an admin clicks on a suggestion, he would be redirected to the suggestion details that contain information about the suggestion owner, suggestion date and time, phone number, the images uploaded and a YouTube link if it is available.

 

all of the comments and replies to that suggestion appears in the comments section of suggestion

 

 

After creation if the challenge is shareable then a generation link will be created so the admin can share the link with others to open it in the App
