Consultancies Management

All consultancies that were added to the Freejna database are displayed in a table containing information about the consultancy (owner, content, email, expecting call, status and created date).

  1. Admin user can switch between languages (English and Arabic ) , with ? sign user can explore the consultancies Docs  .
  2. Admin can search for an consultation by content or by choosing specific entry status (new, answered-shareable, answered-unshareable)
  3. Admin user can export consultation cards and its information to CSV file.
  4. Admin user can sort consultation according to created date.

 

Through click on consultation user can view consultation detail page which contain :

  1. Content 
  2. Owner 
  3. Accept phone calls (yes/ no) 
  4. Status 
  5. Neighborhood
  6. Location
  7. Attachments 
  8. Reply : using reply button admin user can add feedback to consultation and can control it is shareable.Note : when user make to reply in shareable mood the reply would be shown to all users.
  9. Comment : in this section user can view all comments in the consultation and user can export all comments as CSV
