When admin user publish social forum card live streaming tab appear , through this feature admin user can create live stream that can application user join to it

Through clicking start live streaming button admin can create live streaming

1. inject URL : the URL address that used to injected to create live stream programs like Wirecast or obsStudio to make freejna app the output  destination to display live stream
2. Preview Stream: Admin user can preview live stream before publishing it to make sure that everything setup correctly
3. Publish live stream: admin can publish live stream to show the live for freejna app users after publish the live stream admin can view through open live streaming  the live stream or cancel it through stop live streaming 
4. Stop live stream: admin user can stop live streaming before publish it or even after the live stream end and confirm stopping message appear

After Admin finish live streaming successfully admin can :

1. Open recorded live event : This help admin user watch the recorded live streaming
2. Publish recording : This help Admin user to control publishing recorded streaming to mobile users app to watch it
