Freejna admin user can create a “sport competition” related to a neighborhood by clicking “Add sport competition”, the admin user will be redirected to the “heritage” Form

In this form the admin enters the sport competition data which are:

1. Admin user can switch between languages (English, Filipino, Urdu and Arabic) to fill the information in all languages (one language must be filled)
2. Title (Required) : the admin can add title based on selected language in option1
3. Description (Required) : the admin can add description based on selected language in option1
4. Owner (Required) : the organization that owns the competition
5. Neighborhood(s) (Required) : which is a drop down lists all of the neighborhoods where the user can select one or more to publish his card in.
6. Location (optional) : allow admin to add the place where the “competition” happens.
7. Start Date (required) : the start date of a competition and it should be greater than the current date End Date (required) : the end date of a competition
8. Requirements (optional) : admin user can add the competition requirement if available
9. Target (Required) : admin must add the target of the competition
10. Cost (optional) : the cost of an competition in AED
11. Awards (required) : the award of a competition
12. Shareable (optional) : admin user can control the shareable of the competition cards.
13. Attachments (optional) : the admin can add the attachment (image or video) based on selected language in option1:
    1. Admin can add only one image and admin user can delete an image by clicking on the delete icon.
    2. adding video
       1. adding YouTube URL
       2. uploading video
          After save card change admin can display video  and modify it speed

By clicking the save button the competition card status is saved as a draft and in this case admin user can edit the card.

Admin user can publish the card directly to be viewed by App users, published card status will be set to “Published”.

Admin user can archive the card. and it will hide from the competition card list and will not appear for App user.

There are two ways for admin to publish the competition

• • Direct publish: this option will directly publish the card and it will appear for the App users.
    • In case the user chooses this option the card directly publishes and can then convert it to draft.
  • Scheduled publish : this option give admin the ability to schedule the card based on specific time range
    • if the admin decides to schedule a publish. edit or cancel scheduled publish button appear
    • Admin can either change schedule time and update or cancel schedule publish which return to previous publish button
      
    • also, card can be pinned in app timeline by using this feature, Admin can fully control the date and time for pinning the card
• In case that the user marks the heritage card as an archive then it won’t appear in the App nor in the competition card list.
• Users can only access the archived record from the Entry status filter in the competition card list.
   

After creation if the competition is shareable then a generation link will be created so the admin can share the link with others to open it in the App
