Feedback tickets

All the feedback tickets  that were added to the Freejna database are displayed according to the date they were added, and the table displays information about the feedback tickets’ content, User information, Email, Does user Accept phone calls (yes / no), type (complaint or suggestion ) and the updated date.

  1. admin user can switch between languages (English and Arabic ) , with ? sign user can explore the Feedback Tickets Docs  .A
  2. Admin user can be filter feed back tickets using :
    1. keyword ➡️ depends on content and email .
    2. choose specific date  (from date – to date ) via choosing from date box 
    3. Tickets type ( N/A – complaint – suggestion)
  3. admin user can export all of the feed back tickets with them information as a csv file.
  4. admin user can be sorted the feed back tickets according to last updated.

 

When user clicking on every feed back ticket row it will show the feed back ticket information which contain :

  1. Ticket info (User name , Email , Date and Tickets type ( N/A – complaint – suggestion))
  2. Ticket Details which contain the content and photos .
